777xda Terms & Conditions

Section 1 — Introduction and Agreement

777xda is a digital gaming platform built for Myanmar players. These "Terms & Conditions" (referred to from here as the "Agreement") form the legal agreement that fully governs the relationship between the player and the 777xda platform.

By accessing https://777xda.wine, registering an account, or using any of our services in any way, the player's actions confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not continue using the platform.

In addition to these terms, the platform has published supplementary policies (Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy) which should be read alongside this Agreement. In all cases, this Agreement takes precedence over any articles or promotional statements.

Section 2 — Account Registration and Use

Each player may register one account only. Opening additional accounts under different names by the same person is strictly prohibited. If this rule is found to have been broken, all associated accounts will be suspended and any funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Section 3 — Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

3.1 — Deposits

Accepted payment methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks. Once a deposit is completed, the platform will verify it and credit the funds to your account.

Players may only deposit using a payment account registered in their own name. Deposits from third parties will not be accepted. If such a case occurs, the funds will be refunded and the account may be suspended depending on the outcome of the review.

3.2 — Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are processed within 1 hour of the request under normal conditions. Withdrawals will be sent only to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Withdrawal requests may go through a verification period. During this time, 777xda may contact the player to request additional information. Players should be aware that incomplete information may cause delays.

Section 4 — Bonus & Promotions

4.1 — First Deposit Bonus

The welcome bonus offered by 777xda is 100% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks.

Example — Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you 40,000 Ks to play with. You must wager the bonus amount of 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Another example — Deposit 1,020,000 Ks and receive a 500,000 Ks bonus, giving you 1,520,000 Ks to play with. You must wager the bonus amount of 500,000 Ks × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 — Bonus Expiry

If the Wagering Requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled without notice. The original deposit amount will not be affected — only the bonus funds will be removed.

Section 5 — VIP Levels & Cashback

777xda has three VIP levels. Players can move up the levels as their activity on the platform increases.

Cashback is real money, not bonus funds, so there is no Wagering Requirement to withdraw it — however, 777xda may change the cashback calculation method with advance notice if needed.

Section 6 — Prohibited Conduct

Players must avoid the following conduct when using the platform.

• Cheating or manipulating the game system by any means, including the use of bots or scripts.
• Using the platform to carry out money laundering activities.
• Bonus fraud — opening dummy accounts solely to claim bonuses.
• Collusion — working together with others to cheat and deceive during play.
• Making threats against platform staff.
• Initiating a chargeback attempt to reverse a real-money transaction outside the proper process.

If any such violations are found, the account may be suspended without prior notice and funds may be placed under review.

Section 7 — Fair Play Policy

Games provided by 777xda operate on a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are regularly audited to confirm that outcomes are random. They are designed so that every player competes under the same conditions.

Section 8 — Service Suspension and Changes

Players acknowledge that 777xda may temporarily or permanently suspend any or all services without prior notice. In such cases, the player's original funds (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.

777xda may update these terms and conditions without prior announcement. Continued use of the platform after updates are published on the website will be taken as acceptance of the changes.

Section 9 — Liability Limitation

The platform uses SSL encryption and up-to-date security measures to protect player information and funds. However, the platform cannot be held responsible for privacy breaches that originate from the player's own computer or mobile device.

If non-bonus funds are lost, compensation will only be provided if it is investigated and confirmed that the loss was caused by a platform technical error. The platform takes no responsibility for losses caused by connection issues on the player's side or the player's own conduct.

Section 10 — Personal Data Protection

777xda handles players' personal information responsibly. Full details on how personal data is collected, stored, and used can be found in our Privacy Policy.

By creating an account and continuing to use the platform, players are also considered to have agreed to the Privacy Policy.
